If the driver has been driving and his Drive Time Clock has not been counting down.
1. Check to see what color your truck is in the top right.
2. If truck is red please tap on it and reconnect to your truck.
3. If the issue still persists please follow these directions on Restarting Your Devices.
4. If the issue still persists please write that up for the shop to replace the AMGC as you have been driving with your drive time clock not counting down. 
5. Notify the safety department of your HOS issue.
