If the driver is unable to recieve load:
1. Resend that order to the driver
2. Check status of the load in TMW to ensure that it is not completed.
3. Check Total Mail Viewer to ensure there are no failure status.
Ensure driver has the correct Mobilecomm assigned to them in Total Mail.

Ensure total mail settings are set to as above.


4. Have the driver sign out and back in.
5. If driver is still unable to recieve their load transfer them to the OT1 hotline.
